Join us on the historic land of Grayes Greenhouse for an evening of self love, exploration and connection. Together we will share light breath work, movement and heart expanding meditation guided by the Spirit of Cacao. Learn the subtle ways our ancestors visit us, how to call on them and how connecting them nature can help us to connect more deeply with our truest self.

For thousands of years Cacao, or Chocolate in its purest form has been used for its healing and transformational benefits. Cacao is not only delicious but a beautiful heart opener. Allow yourself the time to ease your mind and step into loving awareness with us on this soulful journey.

Doors open at 6:30 for you to enjoy the greenhouse and settle in. Please bring water, a blanket, pillow and/or yoga mat and an open heart.
