We uphold the greatest integrity to provide Cacao only from organic, ethical sources and know where every seed comes from. Beyond our Cacao we collaborate with other farmers growing the finest organic cane sugar, ginger, cardamom, moringa and additional elements that go into making our Tree to Bar Chocolates.
A Love Story…
In the beginning of 2020 the i.e. Team was in Costa Rica. We were called to the land by an amazing group of people to rejuvenate our souls, for self care and to work with the native people and plants. I had been working with Cacao as a part of my journey and my intuition told me I would find some while in Costa Rica. I could not have imagined that my personal healing, transformation and relationship to the spirit of cacao was preparing me to share this amazing plant medicine and transformational tool with all of you!
While at a local market, we met Gabriel, the creator of KAWA Chocolates, an incredible man that works with an organic family farm in Upala Costa Rica. He is extremely passionate, knowledgeable and always excited to share his experiences and wisdom with like minded individuals. Immediately it felt like home. To be surrounded by so many that shared our passion for healing, plants, honoring the earth and how we can make a difference in the world. Each of us working to share loving awareness of health, wellness and how to live a happier more meaningful life. Little did I know we would be able to connect, collaborate and share heart space across continents! That we would be blessed to work with such loving people that are excited and honored to wake up and work with cacao each day.
