For thousands of years Cacao, or chocolate in its purest form has been used by the Mayans and Aztecs for its medicinal and transformational benefits and is known as a heart opener.

Join us for a Full Moon Cacao Ceremony Friday September 29th on the historic land of Grayes Greenhouse. Surrounded by nature we will tune out from the everyday fast pace of life and tune into what really matters. Together we will share mindfulness practices, breathe+gentle movement and conscious connection while being guided on a heart expanding journey by the beautiful and gentle medicine of Cacao. Through connecting with nature we can more deeply connect ourselves and those around us. It’s an honor to share this journey with you!

Doors open at 6:30 to settle in and enjoy the greenhouse with ceremony taking place 7pm to 9pm

Weather permitting we will be outside under the big tree, if not you will find us in the beautiful greenhouse.
