It’s a gift to share and celebrate life with you. We are honored to travel and share ceremonial cacao from a small sustainable family farm in Costa Rica, earth medicine, mindfulness and shamanic+indigenous practices.
It is our mission to live a life in service to the Creator, Pacha Mama -Mother Earth and the greater good of the collective. In leading by example we hope to encourage others to live more peacefully, with self love, gratitude, kindness and compassion for all beings.
Together We create a safe and sacred space for people of ALL beliefs, backgrounds and places of origin to be vulnerable, have conscious communication and share what is on their hearts and to work through it while being supported. Combined with breathe, movement, energetic practices and a willingness to surrender what no longer serves, magical healing and transformation takes place. Guiding people back home to their truth, joy and the gifts that are within.

What is ceremonial Cacao?
The ritual of ceremonial Cacao begins long before the knowing that you are consuming 100% Cacao or chocolate. It begins with the intention, the love and respect that goes into planting the trees and how they are cared for each day. It is about respecting the cacao as a sacred plant elder, for plants are our greatest teachers.
How do I create a relationship with the spirit of Cacao?
When sitting with the spirit of cacao she swiftly yet gently guides you into the deepest parts of your soul. Assisting in releasing blocks and allowing you to tap into your highest-self, your true essence; self-love and compassion. Unlike other plant teachers, the spirit of cacao will walk you to the doorway and it is up to you to go through, to do the work and ask the questions.

Cacao, chocolate in its purest form, is one of the most powerful and gentle teachers. For thousands of years, the Mayans and the Aztecs have used it for ceremonial and medicinal purposes. Today, the spirit of cacao continues its legacy as a transformational tool, while stimulating feelings of joy and creativity and assisting in rediscovering your true essence.
Cacao has become an essential part of our daily practice for she brings about a grounding, heart centered awareness that cannot be matched. Through working with cacao and connecting with her spirit she has aided us in healing and transformational experiences, assisting us in reconnecting to our soul esteem and our souls true purpose. Living life connected to the land, Mother Earth, Pachamama and seeing it taken to a whole new level through working with the spirit of cacao. A treasured knowing of oneness, a deeper connection and reverence for the elements and a remembrance of ancient ways.
Sharing cacao with friends has led to many profound, emotional and insightful experiences. Gathering with community in a safe and sacred space where you can express yourself, support each other, sing, dance and be free. We believe people are longing for a greater awareness and place to belong, to reconnect to themselves and to each other. Technology is a beautiful creation but as we know many cultures have become lost in it. It is time to come together, for the healing of our hearts, for the healing of society and for the healing of the land!
