Celebrate the first Sunday of Summer with a fun yet soulful and transformative day of connection, intention and rejuvenation!

Remembering that all things are medicine, movement, laughter, song, breathe, plants and how to weave them into our daily lives.

All classes are optional, your welcome to relax underneath a big shady tree, connect with a friend or book a private session too, this is a day is for you!
